3. Subscription & Payment

Our services may be offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Payments are due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.If you opt-in for a recurring monthly subscription and choose to cancel, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. You will not be refunded for the current month.We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle upon cancellation.If we terminate your account due to a violation of these Terms, no refunds will be provided.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services legally and ethically. You may not misuse our services for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nimai is not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, third-party integration failures, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Our AI tools provide automated solutions but are not error-proof.
